Payment and Shipping

Card payments in Bakal stores are taken through your bank's virtual POS with 3D Secure. The customer types the card details on the bank's payment page; card data never reaches Bakal. The supported virtual POS products are QNB PayFor and Ziraat Bankası. With your own merchant details entered, payments go straight to your bank account.

1. Sign a virtual POS (merchant) agreement with your bank and get your details from the bank's panel.
2. In the panel, open Yapılandır → Mağaza Entegrasyonları → Ödeme Sağlayıcıları.
3. QNB PayFor: under QNB Sanal POS, enter Merchant ID / Mağaza No, API Kullanıcı Kodu, API Kullanıcı Şifresi and 3D Store Key. Test Modu must be off for live payments.
4. Ziraat Bankası: in the Ziraat Merchant Center, create a Store Key under 3D settings and add a user with the API role under user management. Under Ziraat Sanal POS, enter Client ID / Mağaza No, Store Key / 3D Anahtarı, API Kullanıcı Adı and API Kullanıcı Şifresi. The API user name is the user name in the bank's user list, not an e-mail address. Ortam must be set to Canlı (live) for live payments.
5. If your bank restricts the API user by IP address and asks for the server address, contact us.
6. After saving, place a test order in your store and check that the payment step sends you to the bank's page. In test mode no money is taken, even when the card is approved.

Cash on delivery and bank transfer

Both are off by default. To turn one on, open Yapılandır → Satışlar → Ödeme Yöntemleri, switch on Durum under Kapıda Ödeme (cash on delivery) or Havale (bank transfer) and save.

The shipping fee shown at checkout

• Under Yapılandır → Satışlar → Nakliye Yöntemleri, switch on the methods you want: Sabit Fiyatlı Kargo (a flat fee per order or per item), Ücretsiz Kargo (free shipping) or HepsiJET, priced by desi range. Active methods are offered to the customer at checkout.
• For free shipping above a basket amount, go to Pazarlama → Promosyonlar → Sepet Kuralları → Sepet Kuralı Oluştur, add the cart subtotal under Koşullar and switch on Ücretsiz Kargo.
• To show the shipping fee on its own line in the cart, before an address is entered, switch on the option under Yapılandır → Mağaza Entegrasyonları → Kargo → Kargo Ücreti Gösterimi.

Creating a shipment

1. Open the order from Satışlar → Siparişler and click Gönder (ship).
2. Enter your carrier in Taşıyıcı Adı and the carrier's tracking number in Takip Numarası, then save with Gönderi Oluştur.

Automatic shipments with HepsiJET

Enter the API details HepsiJET gave you and your sender address under Yapılandır → Mağaza Entegrasyonları → Kargo → HepsiJET, and your desi prices under Yapılandır → Satışlar → Nakliye Yöntemleri → HepsiJET. If the customer chose HepsiJET at checkout, creating the shipment books it with HepsiJET automatically and writes the tracking number on the shipment. Print the label with the HepsiJET Etiketi button on the order page.
